Returns

We stand behind the quality of our items and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your items, please feel free to return them using the following guidelines.

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of your order being placed. A full refund for the cost of item(s) plus any sales tax charged will be refunded to the method of payment used upon purchase after items have been received in good condition by yachtcleats.com.

Refunds

Refunds will not be available for the shipping costs applied at the time of purchase.Yachtcleats.com will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item that is different from that on your receipt).

If you refuse delivery of an item for any reason other than externally visible damaged merchandise or a shipping error by us, the item shall be treated as a return and a 20% restocking fee will be taken out of the refund.

Non Returnable Items

If an item has been used or is permanently marked and/or damaged in any way, yachtcleats.com will be unable to accept it as a return.

Buyer will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipping. Buyer is advised to insure all return packages. If returned items are damaged in transit, no refund will be issued. All insurance claims made on the package must be made by buyer.
